Welcome to Cat Estates. By using catestates.com you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose; please actually read them.

What this site is right now

Cat Estates is in a pre-launch, prototype phase. The designer, saved designs, prices shown, and the waitlist are previews of a product that is not yet for sale. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and designs, prices, sizes, and features may change or be discontinued before launch.

Your account

• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself.
• You must provide a real email address you control.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it unlawfully.

Your designs

Designs you create belong to you. By saving a design you give us permission to store it and display it back to you. We will not use your designs in marketing without asking you first. You agree not to put content into a design (names, text, or images) that you don't have the right to use, or that is hateful or unlawful.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves nothing and obligates neither of us. It means we will email you when ordering opens. Spots in any limited first production run are allocated in an order we choose, typically first come, first served from the list.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to probe, disrupt, or overload the site; don't try to access accounts or data that aren't yours; don't automate bulk account creation or waitlist signups. We log enough to notice.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cat Estates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed fifty dollars ($50) or the amount you have paid us, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product moves from prototype to launch. Material changes will be noted by the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: hello@catestates.com.
